Start with the Home page, choose a membership, create an account, then open the App or Member Library tab. If you only want to look around first, the blurred library previews show what will unlock after membership.

Why can I see content but not play it?

That is expected for public visitors. The site lets people preview the member library shape, but music, videos, downloads, and extra content stay blurred or blocked until the account has an active Standard Subscription or Pro Subscription.

Account & Access

I paid, but the member library is still locked. What should I check?

Make sure you are logged in with the exact email used at checkout. Then refresh the page, log out and back in, and wait a minute for billing to sync. If it still stays locked, contact support with your checkout email and the device you used.

I cannot log in.

Check that the email is typed correctly, try a fresh login link or password reset, and disable private browsing if your browser is blocking sessions. If you recently changed email addresses, use the one attached to your subscription.

Can I use the same account on phone, web, and desktop?

Yes. Wade2wavey.com is built around one account across the website, iOS/Android home-screen app, Mac web app install, and Windows desktop app.

What is the difference between Standard Subscription and Pro Subscription?

Standard Subscription is the core private member library membership. Pro Subscription includes everything in Standard Subscription plus supporter badge identity, private recordings, exclusive drops, behind-the-scenes content, and priority future access.

Can I donate without changing my membership?

Yes. Donations are separate from membership. You can choose a custom support amount and decide whether it appears on the community support board.

What if payment fails?

Try the checkout again, check your card details, make sure your bank is not blocking the payment, and use a standard browser window. If a subscription payment fails later, access may pause until the billing issue is fixed.

How do I add Wade2wavey.com to my iPhone?

A download will not save offline.

Check your subscription, reconnect to the internet, make sure your browser or device has storage available, and avoid private browsing because it can block offline storage.

Will the app download my whole library automatically?

No. Offline saving is manual so storage stays under control. Choose the tracks you want, and remove saved tracks whenever you need space back.

Who can post in Community?

The Community area is designed for subscribed members. Public visitors can preview the room, but posting, badges, profile colour, and member identity require an active account.

Why was my message blocked?

The community filter blocks abusive, racist, hateful, or unsafe messages. Rewrite the message in a respectful way and try again.

Can I hide my donation amount?

Yes. Support board visibility is opt-in. You can keep support private so it does not appear on public community leaderboards.

The theme or layout looks wrong.

Refresh the page, try another theme from the top-right selector, and make sure browser zoom is near 100%. The selected theme is saved on the device, so blocked storage can stop it from remembering.

Images or artwork are not loading.

Check your connection, refresh the page, and try again on another network. Some artwork may also be hidden until it is published by the admin.

The site feels slow.

Close heavy tabs, check your connection, and reload. The site is designed to be light, but first-time loads can be slower while app files, artwork, and offline support are cached.
